Helen Pillot de Chenecey

A graduate of Central St Martins, Helen worked with leading-edge design & trend forecasting agencies, followed by the BBC (in creative services) before leaving to co-found the consultancy. She specialises in retail, packaging, sustainability and cultural issues.

Every ‘purpose led company’ takes participating in the community seriously; which Helen does, for instance, by passing-on a passion for craft via her involvement with the Craft Council. (She has run community initiatives in between research projects for several years – checkout www.craftrevolution.org for more info.) Recently, she was an exhibitor at the ‘Modern Craft Market’ at Heals in London; an event glowingly described as “showcasing the UK’s best contemporary craft makers”. There was some fantastic craft on display and the film that was shot at the event is superb. (Check it out via the Heal’s site, or on YouTube etc).
